The Gift of Light is a 3 part healing CD. The first track gives the listener an overall healing that can range from a pleasant de-stressor to facilitating the release of blocked physical or emotional issues. The second and third tracks are designed to work on all aspects of your charkas. Along with the music contained in this CD, specially designed artwork infused with healing energy has been created. This is the visual expression of the sounds contained within. Track 1: "The Gift of Light", takes you through a dream-like journey while healing all aspects of your being. All of the instruments on this recording were infused with very high frequency healing energy. All you have to do to take advantage of this is to sit back, lie down or do whatever you wish to make yourself as comfortable as possible, the music will do all the work.
Every time you listen to this first track, different aspects of your being will receive a high energy healing while you on a bed of perfect relaxation. Your physical, emotional and spiritual selves will all benefit from this music whenever any of them need attention.

Track 2: âLower Chakra Balance, Align and Clearâ contains specially composed rhythms and sounds to individually work on each of the three lower chakras. This track is divided up into three distinct parts. The rhythms and frequencies of each section were specifically chosen to open up and work on each of the lower chakras respectively. Simply lie down and listen. You will feel the music work on you as if you are being treated by an energy therapist for your chakras. You can use this as often as you like. Whenever you feel the weight of the world getting to you or those thoughts and feelings of fear or insecurity start coming to the surface.

Track 3: âUpper Chakra Explorationâ deals specifically with the upper four chakras -- the heart, throat, third eye and crown. Just as in the lower chakra composition, let the music you hear work on you and through you. If you quiet yourself enough you will actually be able to feel a movement
and shift in each area that is being worked on. Each section of track 3 as in track 2 has its own frequency and sound designed to focus on that particular energy center.
