The Limber Basement is Andrea Ryding's first full-length album. The title is derived from a historic cultural center, 442 Limber Road in the heart of Allegheny Country. Here, students would smoke Indian style, philosophize, meditate, and plan out the great futures of the world. Not since 575 Park Ave had there been such a hub of intellectual activity and developed consciousness. And there, in the basement, Drea's album was recorded and mixed. Some would say the basement was haunted, but the album is anything but. An eclectic blend of Love and Pain, and everything in between, you will also find Drea's music to be sexy and honest, rough and profound. Andrea was born in the Central Pennsylvanian town of Kane in 1982 to Bill and Mary. A strong family foundation led to her honesty of song, not to mention her impeccable vocal cords. Regionally playing in shops all around the OH-PA-NY tri state area, she has gained a tasteful following along with some local die-hards. Go ahead and have a listen.
