Who is G.R.A.F.I.C the PrayWalker?

Born Jermaine Sanders under the grey skies of Elkhart Indiana, G.R.A.F.I.C the PrayWalker which stands for Gods Readily Active Follower Inspiring Christians (Walking in prayer for all people daily) is a shot in the arm to all Gospel Hip Hop Followers.
A true child of Hip Hop G.R.A.F.I.C started out as a break-dancer in his grade school years then finding his true love, the microphone in Jr. High school. In high school, Jermaine chose sports over rapping and excelled in football. Although his success was in athletics, his heart was still with Hip Hop; he spent nearly all of his allowance and lunch money on tapes of the hottest Emcees and rap groups.
After High school his stint in college was brief due to financial reasons and his aspirations of a Professional football career were no longer in reach; right there waiting for him was his gift of rhyme. Jermaine took on the nickname âSANDMANâ and set out on his rap career. SANDMAN performed with a few local area crews and recorded two compilation albums. The lifestyle of a secular rap star seemed appealing at first but Jermaine soon realized that he was destined for a higher calling. With his guilty conscience weighing heavy on him and his spirit crying out for salvation, Jermaine shed his worldly aspirations and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Hip Hop (battle rap in particular) was so engrained into his life that he was unsure if he would ever touch another microphone again. He loved his music with an edge to it and the Gospel Rap that he had heard in the past was anything but edgy. After spiritual brothers introduced him to Gospel Hip Hop artists like of Cross Movement, he knew that heâd found his true calling.
After taking a year off from music to grow in his newly found salvation, Jermaine then jumped into Gospel Rap with both feet running. With the new name G.R.A.F.I.C, he electrified crowds with his strong lyrics, metaphors and stage presence on songs like âBreak Ya Armâ and the âHotnessâ. His spiritual brothers offered him a spot in their group the L.O.S.S.T F.A.C.T.O.R and he gladly accepted. Lifestyle changes later guided him into more of a solo position so he started Olâ Rugged Records, a small record company that offers live gospel performances, CD sales and duplication, live sound and studio time. During his process of ministering through Gospel Hip Hop, Jermaine has also accepted the calling to the pulpit and is now the founder and Pastor of The Ol' Rugged Fellowship Church in Elkhart, Indiana. GOD has blessed him to achieve other goals such as becoming a husband, a father of 3 and a professional Firefighter. His debut album âthe Rezidooâ which dropped in June of 2006 is a 22 track mix of hype crowd movers, crunk, worship, motivational, story telling and traditional Hip Hop.
