Bio
Born in Richmond Virginia, to the union of Robert and Elnora Dash , he received formal education from Petersburg public schools, Virginia State University, Cal Poly Pomona and Chaffey College with emphasis on Composition/Songwriting.
D.S.D. first entered Professional music at age 15 when he joined a local R&B group called: "Push". By age 23 they traveled the Eastern Seaboard performing as opening acts for : Brick, Trussell, Al Hudson & One Way, Trouble Funk, Curtis Blow, Midnite Star and others. The group later changed its name to "Code Red" and moved to Southern California. They worked locally and abroad including 3 tours to Japan and twice in Bangkok Thailand. In 1997 D.S.D. heard that still small voice of Jesus Christ knocking on the door of his heart, in November of "1997" D.S.D., left the group. In "2001" D.S.D. felt the Lord moving him into a ministry of music again but only this time with a new vision and a new partner being Jesus Christ our Lord.
In March "2003" he released his first solo project entitled:
SERVE HIM/PRAISE HIM and in "2005" he released his second album entitled: SEARCH MY HEART. So from a small town beginning's to where ever the Holy Spirit leads him here's a willing vessel performed and directed by our Lord Jesus Christ, his servant D.S.D.
