With a huge variety of styles, the message of love, devotion and sacrifice encourages the listener to lift up the name of Jesus and exalt Him for His "Grace, Love and Mercy!

After playing the LA/OC bar scene 20 years ago I received Christ as Savior and stayed with the same church for 18 years. During that time, I had the privilege to serve on the worship team, first as an electric guitarist & later as a worship leader. I led worship for 9 years and began writing original Christian music.

I held off recording until a couple of years ago and now have finally released my first project. A solo worship CD "Your Grace, Love and Mercy". My Bass player, Tom Mitchell was on the worship team with me and did all the incredible Bass work on the CD. Tom and I both felt led strongly to step down from our church in order to be free to take our music out and play wherever we could share our unique musical message. We have been on this quest for many months and we see a lot of growth and are encouraged to continue in faith.

Tom is also an Electronica recording artist and has his own CD "Essential Emotional Experiences", this influence has really given us a cool edge while playing our instrumental sets and we envision more experimentation in this area.

Since he also is a worship leader and fine singer, we really can offer quite a variety of styles & moods which keeps us fresh and flexible. I have dozens more songs to record and will make the next two CD's "band" releases. Now that the worship CD is released, we'll concentrate on more personal, life-experience, ministry songs for the next one. An Instrumental CD will be recorded simultaneously.

Brad DeHaan is the main drummer for The Refuge church in Huntington Beach and we have been friends for a long time. A skilled percussionist and trained musician, Brad adds a lot of flavor, groove and has the wonderful gift of encouragement. When we play together, our "vibe" is unmistakable, we transcend performance and enter into "the zone" of the love for music and it shows when we play live.

We can offer to lead a full worship service, seamlessly transition to a rockin' gospel concert and lay back with some sweet and tasty instrumentals. We are flexible enough to minister in many different venues, styles and tastes and are available to serve as the Lord provides.

We do a few covers that we feel apply to our message and to show our flexibility. We can play for Youth, Baby-Boomers and Elders without a hitch. Here's a short list of our styles - Modern worship (Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Crowder, Hillsong United, Jeremy Camp), contemporary Christian, funk, blues, R&B, soul, classic rock.

We play lots of originals and a few "covers", we can custom fit our set list to accommodate the venue. We are seeking new members to fill out the line-up but the 3 of us are the core, we'll add a keyboardist and a 2nd guitarist as the Lord provides just the right fit. I promise, you've never heard another band like the Other Brother Band!
