It was at the Island that both we were born and we learned how to bring in the senses the tenderness of the flavors that you/they last long for besides the crossing of the sea that took us of our youth's horizons.
Singing the Island went to us the best to form to be always in her and to record in the eyes of the memory that for already far away our view doesn't reach.

A Ilha é este canto de saudade amargo e doce a embargar a voz que de tanto cantar já doi.
Foi na Ilha que ambos nascemos e aprendemos a trazer nos sentidos a ternura dos sabores que perduram para além da travessia do mar que nos levou dos horizontes da nossa juventude.
Cantando a Ilha foi para nós a melhor forma de ficar sempre nela e gravar nos olhos da memória o que por já longe a nossa vista não alcança.
