Mr. Evon A. Hewitt Jr., is an alumnus of Morgan State University and the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, from which he has acquired a Master of Arts degree in Leadership in Teaching. Currently, Mr. Hewitt is serving as a primary grades teacher in the Baltimore City Public School District.
In response to the overwhelming needs of students in urban areas, Mr. Hewitt has created a revolutionary educational aid, The Facts of Life Vol. 1 & 2 Multiplication CD, that focuses on the mathematical instruction of the times tables 1-12.
The Facts of Life Vol. 1 & 2 provides both parents and teachers with a supplementary auditory instructional tool that encourages repetitious listening and enhances learning, while enabling students to experience a fun and culturally relevant form of entertainment, which ultimately, facilitates the successful activation of urban youth's often limited prior knowledge.
