Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, Jeff Eaton has been playing music from early age of 9. He started preparing for performing in his garage with little more than a cheap electric guitar and a $5 microphone, both plugged into a tiny amp cranked to the max; he caught the attention of the neighborhood kids (and adults) as they passed by the house. Jeff started up a band soon after that pretty much held it together for many years, but then departed from the music scene so he could pay the bills, but continued to develop his songwriting craft.

Jeff's lyrics and music are completely heartfelt and soulful... most often coming from his desire to share his life and heart experiences. Jeff strives to connect with the soul of each listener lyrically in a way that leaves each convinced the song was written for them personally. Through his unique combining of music and lyrics, he manages to communicate emotion and relationship that most are seldom able to express or convey.
