Jessica Erin is a Country Rock artist who just released her debut CD, "free to be me", which is also available here on CD Baby. She is a Nashville resident but a Chicago native, and a huge Chicago Bears' fan. While recording her CD she re-worked one of her songs "American Girl" into an "in your face" anthem for all Chicago Bears' fans, appropriately called "Chicago Bears' Fan". Jessica's Chicago Bears Fan song has been played on many major Chicago radio stations and Jessica has performed the song live on both NBC Chicago TV and CBS Chicago TV.

Well, probably not but Jessicaâs catchy rocker âChicago Bears Fanâ seems to be the best of the lot this year and worth a listen. The current Super Bowl run has seen this town blissfully without the Fridgettes and the Super Bowl Shuffles and frankly all of the Bear related music that I have heard during the past few weeks has been downright lame. Erinâs My Space page says that she is from Chicago and it features a few fetching pictures of her in an Urlacher jersey. So if you like rockers who have a voice nearly as good as Christina Aguileraâs (without the flourishes â warning, the link has Christina belting out something or other) this is your Super Bowl XLI song, unless of course you happen to be a Colts fan. The Bear fight song âBear Down Chicago Bearsâ was penned by Tin Pan Alley lyricist Al Hoffman, who used the pseudonym Jerry Downs.
