In 1998, Fractaler makes its first album, named The Crystal Lands. At that time, the band had strong influences from progressive and conceptual rock, a la âThe Wallâ, âMisplaced Chilhoodâ âTommyâ.

Alter a long musical searching, they would drive the project to contemporary and electronics arrangement. A new propose is born, developing an independent production and focusing their effort to record their album by themselves with a personal sign.

In 2001-2002 they make the second cd, Practical Man, a more aggressive album with a simple and strong concept. They mix rock expressions with some atmospheres from Dance, Electronic and House.

In this period, the band creates their own sound lab, they assume the different phases of producing, recording, mixing and mastering process.

In 2003, Fractaler ends its third record, Last Man in Space, a Practical Manâs twin production. As a fact, both albums could be considered as a single project.

In 2004, they go again to their lab for searching an inner and risky goal with strong sounds and some surrealism tendencies. Creativity process exploits showing a high production and composition level. Because of this era, stress is born, the most ambitious album until today.

Now, Fractaler is promoting its new Project, named Y CALM. This production is the first one with no keyboards, with a bigger live band concept, fresher and minimalist melodies and rhythms.

Fractaler is a combination of melodic, calmed and sometimes tormented voices, among an environment that is turbulent most of the time. Loops guitars playing also the keyboards and sequencing arrangements, solid rhythms of drums and basses; all of this to express some planetary lyrics that sometimes land abruptly in the earth.

Production, art, sound wrap this excellent band, who was born in Venezuela, with global vision an export quality.
