Potes Flor' is a duo of both accordionists and Florences !
These two Florences come from two different regions within Brittany (nearby and rival !) : "Bro Leon" and "Bro Dreger".
Florence Glorion, known as "Flo from Bro Dreger", plays the chromatic accordion, otherwise known as "Boest an Diaoul" (which means "The Devil's Box" in the Breton language), which is what the Breton clergy called it in the past.
Florence Pinvidic, known as "Flo from Bro Leon", plays the diatonic accordion, in other words "Boestig an Diaoulig" (the little "boest an diaoul" !).
Eversince they first met at the Saint-Chartier Festival in 1999, these two accordions have been playing their melodies to one other non-stop !
The "Flor' Friends" ("Potes" means "Friends" in French) also play the harmonica, guitar, flute and percussion instruments, as well as singing French and Breton songs.
