Hello to all of my friends new comers and you who have returned to visit this web-site. I am Dr. Von L. Burton and the name of my band is the "Mood Makers". I am on lead guitar whose name is "Freedah". It is a Gibson model 345
which is the same as the B. B King "Lucille" style of guitar.
I was born in Birmingham Alabama and educated at Zion City Elementary School and Hooper City High School and from there to Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia. I played in the High School Band both at Hooper City High and the Morehouse College Band.
Now listen to my wife Mrs. Cleola Colter Burton.
"If you really like good music, especially the Blues then I and others who have heard my husband play all agree that this is the best blues CD available and ever recorded. My husband's favorite song is number 6 "It's all right", however I was playing song number 9 "Moving out" and was enjoying it so that I missed my exit off the interstate. All of the 10 songs on this CD are very very good and I mean very very good. Some fans purchase two CDs, one for their car and another for their home". Click on
