"Boppin' The Blues" was Carl's third release on the Sun label and the second disc to hit the charts in 1956. I got first place in 1958 singing this song on 2UW's "Rumpus Room". Today we open up our "Carl Perkins Tribute Show" with the same song - raw rockabilly at its best.
