Adam Gussow of Satan and Adam has transcribed several sections, adapted others, and taken the time to help you put it all together. The challenges here aren't really the bends--unless you count the quarter-tone bend on 5 draw--but the syncopation, plus the creativity required to assemble the pieces of melody into something that feels right.
