Cliff Cline has been heavily involved in music for 20 years. âNoticing the Skyâ represents his 5th studio work. After university Cliff co-founded a singing group, Heart Mind and Soul, and they recorded two CDs while living in British Columbia, Canada. The second was a full-length commercial release recorded with Juno winner Paul Janz producing.

Cliff, who had started writing songs at 15 years of age, wrote or co-wrote all of the songs on Heart Mind and Soulâs second CD and began writing more and more music.

Eventually Cliff left the group and took a journey of finding his own musical voice. He recorded a 5 song EP of his songs with a simple voice and piano production âThe Apartment Sessionsâ and then went into the studio to record a 7 song EP (The Cliff Cline Jazz Clubâ in the style of Tony Bennett/Frank Sinatra with a trio of jazz musicians..

Most recently (Nov. 2004) Cliff recorded another full length called âNoticing the Skyâ in a local project studio. With commercial like quality and a variety of both catchy and more serious tunes and themes âNoticing the Skyâ has been a tremendous first full length CD for Cliff. Almost all of Cliffâs activity has been in Canada, barring some tours with Heart Mind and Soul through California, Michigan, and Texas.

Cliff continues to expand his reach through a web presence and digital distributors.

Cliff is now working on his 6th release, expected to drop the fall of 2007. He is growing into the producers seat and is incredibly excited about both the experience of shaping his new tunes and recording another set of life for you to hear.
