With computers, the internet, song programs, technology, etc., the bedroom DJ community is in full swing and full power. The problem is that with the accessibility and increased technology and communication, it's made it very easy for people with no real talent to sit down and blip out a CD of electronic dance music. Fortunately for DJ Full Visionary, such is not the case with him. While I do think there is room for growth, DJFV definitely has a grasp of the songwriting technology, a know-how necessary to do anything like this. It's readily apparent he knows what he's doing when his trance beats shift into gear (after a surprising, organically-textured intro on the first track) and the electronic melodies take hold. The melodies are tasty and reminiscent of old school melodic trance, a genre I wish there was more of around these days ... stuff like I heard on Mark Oliver's "Timeless Trance" comp and the Ford "Street Anthems" (I think that's the name). The textures are deftly woven, leaving no gaps or a sense that full-bodiedness is lacking. I know an amateur DJ who spins and who crafts his own stuff using Fruity Loops (a music program) and I remember the very first stuff he created on his computer. Too spartan, too loose, etc. DJ Full Visionary displays his talent by the fact that his tracks are engaging via both finely written melodies and competently layered texturing. I'm not really huge on vocal trance; it's the melodies I dig. At any rate, "The Sounds of Freedom" is an introduction to the world of a talented indie DJ with a future ahead.

"D'silvaz" is 24 years old and lives in Luxembourg, Clervaux. Emigrated from Portugal to Luxembourg 20 years ago and still there! Making music is my life, and will be forever! At the begining, Dance-, Trance- and Technomusic was the only thing i have produced, but now i'm more into Housemusic!! I really like this style of music and do my best creating new sounds.
