Joong-Han Chung is a rapidly rising composer who incorporates his distinct style to create unique and riveting sounds for a wide-ranged genre of music.

Joong-Han launched his career after graduating from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, with a degree in Contemporary Writing and Production, and thereafter attending the graduate program at the University of Miami, where he studied Media Writing and Production and attained his Master of Music degree.

Joong-Han recently scored an award winning feature documentary, âBastards of the Partyâ (Fuqua Films/HBO), directed by Cle 'Bone' Sloan and produced by Antoine Fuqua (Director of Training Day, Shooter), which was aired on HBO from February to March 2007.

He also worked with 'Leslie Dektor', world renowned commercial director and two time DGA award winner (12 time nominee) for best director of the year. Joong-Hanâs work was featured in Leslie's film, 'Do You Want The Elephant Music,' which won several awards including 'Best Original Music' at the 2006 Blue Ridge Vision Film Festival. Joong-Han also worked as an additional composer for VH1 reality shows, Surreal Life: The Fame Game, Flavor of Love, My Fair Brady, etc.

Recently, Joong-Han collaborated with writers/directors Allan Murray and Sean Haines, creators of âParis in Jail,â to compose and produce âHarry Potter in the Hood,â a musical parody of the mega-selling fantasy series, which racked up millions of hits on YouTube.

In addition to composing, Joong-Han worked on two time Grammy award winner, 'Patti LaBelle's Gospel album, 'The Gospel according to Patti LaBelle' as an arranger/orchestrator. The album claimed #1 status for 11 weeks on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart.

Joong-Han Chung continues to seek new sounds, broadening the range for generations to come.
