Trash Gallery spits out a portrait of the street. Originally formed in the heart of Toronto, Ontario.

Worshiping at the altars of Aerosmith, Hanoi Rocks, Smack, and GunsânâRoses, The band immediately started to write songs, and released their first EP â Faith and Far Away which had a limited amount of press, but with some university stationâs having it in their rotation, allowed the band to gain more confidence in their song writing abilities.

This confidence propelled the next release to be harder, meaner and dirtier then the previous earlier EP. The full length â Trash Gallery is like a 54â fairlaine on jet fuel. Songs like âPolice Carâ and âDrink My Dayâ brought out the darker side of these grey days, and allowed Neenâs vocal abilities to rip through the top.

With the bands new charge, and the release of the new full length, the new recordings were a definite challenge to write. We wanted to write a full length CD of songs that go for the emotional jugular, but still allow us to peak up over the edge to see what would come out. Itâs clear youâre in the presence of a lot of personal influences on this record, incorporating new life experience of the last few years, which are deceptively complex. These changes, really boosts Neenâs unique lyrical vision.

We have been anxious to hit the stage again. Itâs the lifeblood of this band to keep writing & playing, to keep it from extinguishing itself. Weâve taken the music back to what it should be loud, raw and energetic. We have guitars, and we arenât afraid to use them. The fuse is lit and this rockânâroll powder keg is set to blow.
