For Indy his writing was always an outlet for him to express his emotions. He started out with poetry which developed into a rhyme scheme similar to some of his favorite emcee's raps. It didn't take him long after that to take that to the next level and begin to write verses, but it wasn't until he met Revelation 8:10 in 2003, that he recorded his first ever verse. After the release of that "Loyalty" album, Rev was impressed and decided to do a series mixtapes "Trife Life 1 & 2", which had very good street success. After that Y.U.N.G. debuted with his solo mix tape "The INDYVIDUAL" to great reviews. Now he is gearing up to release his long awaited solo Ep "The INDYPENDANT ep" on TCB records. Hoping to continue his success he feels very good with his current situation. A lot is expected of this young up and coming artist but he never fells to amaze you when the dust clears.
