Summary
Quicken Premier 2007 is the comprehensive financial management solution to handle your complex personal finances.
It includes all of the tracking and budgeting features of Quicken Deluxe and Quicken Basic along with additional tools
for more advanced personal financial management. With classic features such as a central location to view all of your
accoutns, automatic downloads from over 4,000 financial institutions, bill payment alerts, and monthly forecasting and
budgeting, Quicken Basic gives you total control of your financial picture. The Deluxe version offers enhanced tax
preparation features to help you find hidden deductions come tax time as well as superior planning tools to help you
monitor your 401(k) and IRA accounts. With Quicken Premier 2007, you also get dramatically enhanced portfolio
management capabilities such as MorningStar Ratings for your mutual funds and tools to evaluate the performance of
your investments. Furthermore, there are improved tax tools to help minimize capital gains tax and a feature that lets
you automatically generate Schedule A, B, and D reports.
Quicken Premier 2007's new design is a big departure from earlier versions, although
you can customize the home page to more closely resemble the old-school style. We
like the bold display of our expenses, income, and money leftover.

The new calendar within Quicken 2007 provides daily reminders of what you need to
pay and for which funds you might pat yourself on the back for managing well.

Within your account register, Quicken 2007 lets you pop up a mini window that displays
the latest transactions for a particular vendor. Here, we were surprised to see
how much money we were spending on car sharing.
