Carl Ventis was born at the perfect time to have a Life as
a musician! At the advent of rock and roll. He started to play the guitar at the age of 14 and has never looked back. His influences include The Beatles, James Taylor, Sting, Johnny Cash, Garth Brooks, Paul Simon, Jude Cole, Toto, And so many more. He started to write his own songs at the age of 17 and in the past 2 yearâs has won 2 major songwriting awards. He has also worked with the best as well John âJTâ Thomas keyboard player and engineer for Bruce Hornsby, Steve Hornbeak Musical director for Faith Hill, He has also opened for John Denver and the list goes on. Most recently Carl has set out on his own solo career and will be releasing his premier cd âA Day in The Sunâ in Mid January of 2008.
