Description: It's Nujazz fun. The freedom of jazz improvisation combined with the grooves and sounds of electronica. Available as a digital download only. 13 MP3 Songs ELECTRONIC: Nujazz, ELECTRONIC: Experimental Details: âRIDING THE DHARMA EXPRESSâ is the new Jazz / Electronica Digital-Download release from Jack Wyles. Having studied bass and jazz theory with the late Jaco Pastorius, and saxophone with Post-Bop saxophonist Mel Martin, Jack has combined the freedom of improvisation with the grooves and sounds of electronica. It is a completely solo effort, except for: THERE IS A FOUNTAIN: Patrick Owens - Guitar Simon âSoulâ Maah - Bass and: BLACK SATIN: Ronnell Sanders - Turntablist There are 13 songs from numerous electronic styles. All songs (except for Black Satin, by Miles Davis) are written by Jack. He supplies all the saxophone, bass, and keyboards, as well as production and engineering. He also arranged all samples (royalty free) and sound effects. âThe electronica grooves supply the modern/futuristic edge for these songs that I was looking forâ, says Jack. âI think of each one as a separate movie soundtrack. I wanted to create the feeling of trying to keep our underlying spirituality intact in this increasingly technological world. Itâs a fun and adventurous album. Enjoy!â Cover Art - Leroy Weaver All Original Songs published: Jack Tracks Music, BMI Black Satin published: (Jazz Horn Music Corporation, BMI) (Sony/ATV Songs LLC, BMI) People who are interested in Fatboy Slim Miles Davis Weather Report should consider this download. in partnership with CDbaby User tags: Votes: Reviews: Review it!
