For those of you who enjoy reading the bible for some daily strength and inspiration my newest project might be of interest to you. Years ago I read a book written by the evangelist Mr. Billy Graham entitled âApproaching Hoofbeatsâ. The book dealt with a portion of the book of Revelation known as the âFour Horseman of the Apocalypseâ. I was both spiritually and emotionally moved by this book and have always wondered what it would have been like for the Apostle John to receive the most horrific but yet hopeful message the bible has to offer. From the reading of this powerful book came the initial idea for this project.

THE RIDE OF YOUR LIFE consists of twelve movements utilizing primarily the trumpet as the main voice. The project has a (soundtrack) tension and release flow to it, musically symbolizing the Apostle Johnâs revelation from God. To better understand what I have tried to musically represent in this project, I have enclosed an âExplanation of Eventsâ booklet which helps explain the various movements. HOPE YOU ENJOY!
