First Time Fallen is not a force that will tell you to choose. It is not the pressure that makes you resist conformity and raise your middle finger with a salute of "FUCK YOU" to the rest of the world. It is not a push to sway your individuality. First Time Fallen is merely a choice. It's a way to see things for what they are and what they can be. A sonic perception through forceful guitar, heavy drums and bass power that tries to scratch at the surface of human understanding. All of this in the shape of one sound that knocks you down, leaving you with a spectacular view from ground to the sky. It's from this perspective, in the distance between what you want, where you are and your choices on the way back up that you exist. It's there that you will learn... from your First Time Fallen.

History

An unfathomable addiction to music made First Time Fallen a band back in the summer of 2001, after founding members: John Kirby (lead VOX and Guitar), John Nunez (LEAD Guitar) and Randy - Town - Telo (drums), had been jamming for quite sometime discovering new sides to their own talents which stem from bands like Incubus, Fingereleven, Megadeath, Silverchair, etc. The three were churning out song after song but no bassist left their tunes empty of that essential groove needed to complete the sound. However, when acquaintance and long time veteran of the bass guitar, Jay Hunter, ran into the guys at a local coffee shop an inquiry about the band left no question as to who could lift First Time Fallen off the ground. Almost instantly after the complete formation of the band, First Time Fallen was playing weekly in their hometown of Burlington Ontario, creating a strong following and watching their crowd sizes become larger and more energetic as fans connected. Local shows at the YMCA soon turned into shows in London, Hamilton, Toronto and other cities in and around southern Ontario. With overwhelming demand from fans and friends alike First Time Fallen went into the studio to lay down 3 tracks: Forever and a Day, Dedicated to... and Situation at Hand to release as a demo. After its successful release in the winter of 2001 First Time Fallen again returned to the studio to begin recording their first official release after almost a year which is due out some time in early 2004. First Time Fallen has also been received well with exposure through web sites such as: mp3.com, garageband.com, iuma.com and airplay on numerous internet radio stations including: Marquette Radio in Milwaukee, Total Play Radio in Cleveland and numerous others.
