Details:
Emerging from the ever growing Rock community, Buckinghamshire (UK) based band 'First Signs of Frost' are a refreshing new four-piece. Driven by their passion for music and strong commitment, the future for this band is looking extremely promising.

Having gone through several different incarnations (Tanjent, Subject to Change), in their latest form, First Signs of Frost are cultivating a blend of metal-inspired riffage, emo-style melody and post-hardcore passion. Their jauntily pieced together songs could be compared to Coheed and Cambria with a Further Seems Forever kind of intensity. They've supported the likes of Mahumodo, Lost Prophets and The Reunion Show in the past and recently played a sell-out show with Sikth.

In early 2004 the band recorded a self-produced three-track demo and once armed with their new CD they began gigging regularly in London and the South-East area, playing at venues such as The Grand, The Garage (London) The Pioneer (St.Albans) and so on.

After months of gigging the band got to work on their debut E.P 'In our final chapter', this time with some help from John Mitchell (who's worked with the likes of Funeral for a Friend, The Blueprint and Hiding with Girls). 'In our final chapter' is an uplifting, well-polished masterpiece which really shows how the band have progressed, due to their gained knowledge of the underground scene, growing trends and live experience.

FSOF's future targets are to continue writing great music, with every ounce of passion and determination to display this to audiences on a universal level.
