Relax Deeply provides the listener enchanting ambient music for Yoga Nidra Meditation, Hathta Yoga, Breath Work, Pilates, Tai Chi, or just relaxing. To relax is to rest deeply. This rest is different from sleep. It is a state in which there is no movement, no effort, where the mind is calm. This CD creates an ambience, an enchanting atmosphere with style and grace. The music is profoundly restful, beautiful and introspective.

"Whenever I do a live Yoga Nidra workshop I always use the original music from my 'Relax Deeply' CD. I also frequently play it as the backdrop for my Hatha Yoga classes. Each time someone will inevitably ask about the great music and if they can purchase it. Until now I sadly had to say no. I have received similar inquiries from those who bought the original narrated CD. I suggested to Cleve that he release his work as a music only CD. He agreed, and as you will hear, he has outdone himself by composing an additional beautiful extended piece for this music only project. Although the new CD can be used wherever a restful, soothing backdrop is appropriate, you might just try lying back and listening on headphones. You'll come back refreshed and with a lifted spirit".
