Pay Banner Ad PHP Script

REQUIREMENTS:
- PHP 4+/5+
- MySQL 4+/5+
***The script had been tested on two different servers- PHP4 (4.4.4) and PHP5 (5.2.0).


NOT REQUIRED:
- RegisterGlobals (No longer need registerglobals for the script to works) In
respond to PHP.net Team's considering to remove registerglobals
completely from PHP, I've made an decision to modify the script to
works itself without registerglobals as it did in older versions
(0.0-0.2).

*Payment Gateways + Modifications - June 25th, 2007.
Added AsianPay and SolidTrustPay. Modified the script to works without
registerglobals (you don't need it anymore ON/OFF. Doesn't matter.
Should now works on PHP5 just like on PHP4.

*Design for admin area updated - Jan 10th, 2007.
Pay Banner Ad script has been updated. Only updated was the new design
for admin area. Nothing changed within the database.
