Details:
FLINTOLOGY, 1997, one-man project, Belgium.
Back then under the name of FLINT.
First recording 'Even if...' featured on a various-CD called 'VERS GEWELD' next to some other upcoming belgian bands like Arid and Lemon.
First full-CD 'Half full - half empty' released end of I998.
'Half full - Half empty' got some pretty good press and radio back-up.
The single 'The ordinary way' got picked up by Studio Brussels (national rock-station).
Disaster happened simultaneously: due to a severe harddisc-crash all tracks (samples and sequence) got lost.

Close, but no cigar.

2001, officially FLINTOLOGY.
New site,... and a Studio Brussels award followed.

Collecting the machinery for the new studio set-up took quite some time.
A new album was finished in between new hardware and techniques.
It will probably never see the light of day.

2003, the music-industry is almost non-existent at this time in Belgium.
FLINTOLOGY starts writing new material and builds the final part of the studio called 'der Bünker'. Aces high... whatever.

2004, no more local support from Belgian major recordlabels, let alone poor independents...
New album 'Testimon(e)y' gets finished.

Few months later FLINTOLOGY gets support from Urgence Disk Records, Switzerland, amongst the likes of other Belgian EBM-legends 'The Weathermen' and other electronic artists).

It has taken a makeload of money, time and dedication.
So here it is... NOW.

Check out the site www.flintology.be to watch the videos which are also included on the CD ('Resistance' and 'GTFO dj!'). 'Resistance' has made it onto TMF, which is MTV in Belgium.
