Details:
We are a band of four members out of Central Pensylvania. Gutarist-Phil Keith, Bassist-Tom Yannatelli, Vocals-Butch Woodward and Drummer-Don Frye.
The band has been together since 2001. Flord was first established with Phil and Tom who played together in a previous band called Terminal Zero. A history of playing together and the determination to create the perfect head banging, soul-thumping sounds all have been seeking since Pantera.
Looking for the perfect singer is always a discouraging mission, but when Butch Woodward answered an ad in the PA Musician, the search was over. After the first audition the slot had been filled. Driving over 50 miles one way to practice proved his dedication to the band "FLORD".
Through a bout of losing drummers the band was put on hold while the search for a drummer continued, and so they bagan to prepare to record yet a second CD called "THE NEXT LEVEL" proceeding their first self-titled CD "FLORD" recorded and released in "2002".
Finally we found a drummer "Don Frye" previously of the bands "Traumatic" and "Black Tooth Grin" that could stand up to the expectations of the band without a problem. Within a month all material learned to precise perfection we started playing out again and recently appeared live on the Fox 8 Show "The Underground".
We have played various clubs across Central Pennsylvania and continue to promote the new CD, as well seeking a label in hopes to reach our full potential as artist in the Heavy Metal world of Music.
