Her debut album âLEMO YASSAâ has received 2 awards at the TAM TAM DâOR in 2007 (Congolese Music Awards)under the patronage of World music Congolese Rumba music star PAPA WEMBA. SHERYL GAMBO has won the «Best New Talent TAM TAM DâOR Award, and the « Musical originality TAM TAM DâOR Award.

Soulful velvet-voice AFRO SOUL diva SHERYL GAMBO claims years of Gospel music and African music experiences as vocalist in most her hometown Congo Brazzaville's top choirs.
