Details:
The Flood was a refreshingly original five-piece pop rock band from North Carolina. Fronted by lead singer and chief songwriter, Bill West, the band formed in the late Fall of 2001 to record a few of Bill's songs and instead - produced one of the top twenty best albums of 2002 as voted and rated by Triad Style Magazine based in Greensboro NC. The band entered the studio after only two weeks together with producer and engineer Thomas Johnson whose credits include Jane's Addiction, Rancid, Porno for Pyros, The Wallflowers, and many more.
The Flood took great pride in the art of song crafting. If you enjoy the sounds of Sting, The Samples, Bruce Hornsby, Seal, Coldplay, and U2- then you will understand and enjoy The Flood. This self-titled self released debut featured 5 brilliant songs. It is currently no longer in stock but the songs can be purchased through i-tunes as well as many other digital download services offered through CD Baby.
