Charlie Jaffe was a founding member of the Seventies rock bands CTS and the Sacred Eels, and toured with âthe three guitar maniacâ Apache Fog for several years in the 1980s.

Since those heady, halcyonic rock ânâ roll days, a few dozen guitars and a beautiful family (complete with requisite dog) later, Charlieâs been writing, teaching, entertaining and singing with kids in schools, community centers, camps and houses of worship in the NY metro area since the early 1990s.

One of the highlights of Charlieâs recent years of working with kidsâ vocal groups was having the opportunity to perform before First Lady Hillary Clinton.

A little while back, early in this new century, Charlie held the guitar residency in the wildly popular, House of Peace Heartbeat Band for 2+ years.

Family Album co-producers Lex Grey and Victor Deyglio own and operate Pioneer Productionsâ Shabbey Road Studio on the Brooklyn waterfront in Williamsburg, New York.

Lex produced Someoneâs Gotta Wanna Play by Erin Lee & Marci, the 2005 Childrenâs Music Web Award Winner in the category, Best Recording for Younger Children (ages 5-8). The runner-up in the category was produced at Abbey Road Studios. We trust youâre familiar with their reputation.
