Cowboy Hillbilly Hippy Folk are troubadours specializing in backcountry wailinâ, flatpickinâ, and hokum.

Our goal is keeping the spirit alive of the forefathers of American roots music while we travel on this wacko journey to wherever we end up.

Paul Painter âaka Chief Fullbush,â Guitar, Vocals, Fiddle, Mandolin, Harmonica. Paul was born in Deadwood, South Dakota into a family of tramp miners and has lived in 11 states and two countries. He has worked as a truck driver, hard rock miner, coal miner, ski bum, and is currently a civil engineer by profession and now resides in Columbus, Ohio. Paul is also the owner and operator of Fullbush Studios.

David Sedlick âaka Dr. D,â Guitar, Vocals and Percussion. David was born in New Rochelle, NY the home of âCommon Senseâ author and patriot Thomas Paine. Was raised in a small ranch hacienda on the outskirts of the dairy farmland of Wellington, Ohio (also the home of the âSpirit of â76â artist Archibald M. Willard). After laboring and mastering many skilled trades, he furthered his education on the green pastures of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio where he now resides and fights for civil rights, the environment, and equality for all. It should be noted that David is also a Jedi Master.

Mandy Dye â Our new bass playing, world traveling, wild Irish lass. She plays a mean 5 string electric bass and also loves to play the washtub on occasion.

Crazy Pete - Guitar god specializing in many styles. Pete is an alien from outer space and learned his skills approximately 10,000 light years from earth.

"Banjo" Bart Lambert - lead guitarist and banjo picker. Born in Columbus, Ohio and a legend in the deep south, Bart's blazing guitar riffs and claw hammer banjo tore up many a stage throughout the southern states and the USA as part of a traveling band. Now he brings his legendary status to the CHHF band.

Special guest musicians The Umbrella Men (David Tuss, the intergalactic champion fiddler, and his bro Danny Tuss, an electric guitar guru) and the one and only Jeff Kendall aka âMr. Dee-luxeâ (Lead Guitar) among others are often seen playing with this traveling medicine show known as CHHF.
