From pacey Old-Time redneck reels to bouncy Celtic jigs, this rollicking selection of English, Irish, Scottish and American Appalachian Mountain/Hillbilly tunes provides a feast of traditional reels, jigs, slip jigs, polkas, hornpipes and waltzes, 'plugged in' creatively to pulsate the senses.

Roger's rustic fiddle techniques provide exciting raw energy, and his flat picking guitar pieces offer delightfully airy contrasts, all played in a unique, natural, and cheeky style, whilst retaining the essence of real country music.

Sandy's keyboard and intuitive use of various percussion instruments, including bodhran, darabuka, shakey eggs, block and sticks ..... not to mention her Appalachian dancing feet!! ..... all add to the spicey mix of sensational sounds.
