Romans 10:9-10,13 says:

2) Receive Jesus into your life as your personal Lord and Savior by praying the following prayer:

Dear God, I believe in my heart that Jesus is your Son and that He died on the cross for my sins. I believe that you raised Him from the dead, and that He is seated at your right hand in Heaven. Jesus, I repent of my sins and ask you to come into my heart right now and be my Lord and Savior. Thank you for forgiving me and giving me eternal life. In Jesus name, Amen!
