This is my second commercial CD release. For those of you who have been waiting for it since I released my first one in 2005 -- thanks for waiting - and I hope it will be worth the wait. I would have had this out sooner, but I had to take time out from my busy recording schedule to put a new roof on my garage. The life of the recording artist is nothing if not glamorous - but at last I have a dry garage. And thanks to all who have purchased my first CD (The Edge of Prosperity) or have downloaded digital MP3's from a number of the more popular tracks. The proceeds have come in handy for purchasing extra roofing nails!

On a more serious note - the tracks on this CD do represent the best in terms of composition, subject matter, and overall quality of anything I've done to date. Additionally, I have pulled a few gems from the early years and have included them in the final four tracks on the album. An artist's biggest fear is that his best material is long behind him. These four songs represent the best of that early material and you can be the judge of how it compares.

A number of the songs on this latest CD focus on the damage that can result from emotional traumas such as a death in the family, incestual relationships, unstable family environments, along with the normal 'lost love' stuff. All in all it makes for some pretty happy little dance numbers. Hope you enjoy it!
