Kris Rowley is a singer-songwriter hailing from Derbyshire, England. He has been writing songs for only a handful of years, though before this his passion was instrumental pieces, mainly piano, guitar and chamber works.

He found his way to releasing an album of original tunes by way of a popular online video sharing network, where he secured himself an appreciative and supportive audience. If it hadn't been for this push, these tunes would be gathering dust somewhere on his hard drive, for he is a most understated soul.

Through his exposure online, Kris received a number of enquiries from television production companies interested in using his tunes as their sonic backdrop.

"Unequal Measures" is a self-composed, home-recorded, bedroom engineered release; more an insight into the 'process' than anything else - an intimate affair, if you will.

And so, this writer finds himself somewhat lost in an uncomfortable discourse of self-promotion. How absurd! Time to pass onto someone else...
