Soaked in folk songwriting tradition and peppered with a poetic wit that resonates in the mind and tugs at the soul, Lizzie has drawn frequent comparison with such groundbreaking artists as Kate Bush, Joni Mitchell and Martha Wainwright, yet the striking elasticity of her vocals and crafted individuality of her lyricism create performances of compelling originality.
