The OâBrien Family from Evergreen, Colorado lays claim to being, âThe Family that Entertains Families.â Their energetic mix of Western/Cowboy, hot-pickinâ, yodeling, original tunes and even a little bluegrass keeps toes tapping and lips smiling.

If you havenât seen the OâBrienâs for a while, get ready for some changes. Kyle (17) is now the tall one (6â4â) with the flashy mandolin, guitar, and fiddle paying. Maura (14) plays fiddle and banjo, sings, and delights audiences with her championship yodeling. Mom, Janette, sings and plays the âdog-houseâ bass and Dad, Dan sings, plays guitar and writes many of the bandâs tunes.

Maura and Kyle are both Western Music Association International Youth Yodeling Champions. In the last few months, Kyle took 3rd place at the Rocky Grass Mandolin Championship and the family won 1st place in the Ainsworth (NE) Country Music Festival Band Championship. Donât miss them!
