Fremont John's new CD entitled, Timeline, brings to light real stories anyone with real life experience can relate to. He tells us in the title track that life is short; we have to be true to ourselves and follow our dreams before it's too late.
The CD, largely autobiographical in nature, looks at the ups and downs of long term relationships throughout one's life. Jericho's Wall reminds us that relationships can become power struggles that build walls between people that serve no useful purpose. Fremont John encourages us through his lyrics to let the walls tumble down, be forgiving and find love in our hearts.
The desperate plea for inner strength in the song Guardian Angel addresses the self-destructive thinking and habits born out of our inner fears. As this pattern of thinking continues to develop we sink into a mental and emotional state of desperation and confusion.
