Details:
SongPainter is an the second album of a yet unnamed trilogy. Resurrection set the stage...SongPainter turns the page. This is the first album I've co-produced (with Charles Baker) and we experimented with several styles of music some of our friends call "progressive folk rock." There are a lot more guitars and harmonica work on this CD and the song range from folk ballads to rock and roll. Perhaps more of my Dylan influence comes through on this CD than on Resurrection. The third album of the trilogy is called StoryBook II and is in the studio now for a December 2008 release. More information can be found at my website: www.marcusleddy.com
