Megan Madara, a singer/songwriter, has been playing guitar for over six years and singing for over eight. As a teenager, she discovered the world of writing her own music and fell in love with the creative outlet that it provided. She has now recorded her first album entitled âAlong the Wayâ which includes seven original tracks written and performed by Megan on her Taylor 612ce acoustic/electric guitar. The songs on this professionally recorded and mastered production were inspired by many situations Megan has experienced in her life. In addition to her music production, she plays lead guitar in her church praise band, electric (Taylor T5) guitar in her school jazz band, open mic nights, charity events, and other local venues. Along with her guitar and voice, she also plays and performs on the piano. Her participation at Berklee College of Music Summer Guitar Sessions has inspired her to continue her music endeavors in songwriting and performance. She is currently collaborating with other artists on new material.
