1983: Mister Midi was in the middle of recording his debut album, a pure pop masterpiece of drum machines and synthesisers.
One day his studio was found deserted. He had completely vanished.
With no memory of it, no one really knows what happened in the 25 years between then and now but vivid dreams of little men and space ships made Mister Midi think he might have been abducted by aliens.
Finding himself in 2008 he set about finishing off his album, supplementing his vintage synths and tape set up with a laptop.
And sometimes he felt happy.
