This is Sheffield's debut CD. Their style is a bit of dance rock with reggae and pop punk mixed in.

A tight group of 5 from Mason, OH, these guys have been friends forever. Writing and playing their own music is the only way these guys like to do it. Their live shows are always energetic and upbeat, an amazing display of rhythms to move to, and catchy songs to sing to; you'll be moving your feet in no time! Lead singer Jack is high energy and is often seen dancing down in the audience during the show. He just can't keep still. When he isn't performing, he's writing new songs or practicing with the band. On bass guitar is Chip, full of talent and amazing finger work, he blends the songs together with Taylor on lead guitar. Taylor has a wide array of musical influences that he brings out in each song which lends to the diversity of the music. He also collaborates with Jack on the songs and is in college for journalism. Taylor's brother Sam, is on drums and has brought a ton of fun into the group. He's always ready to lay down a beat and get the groove moving. E Money is a recent addition to the band, writing the raps and handling the beat box sounds.

Nick is a guest musician on this CD and has contributed the acoustic guitar portions of the CD. He is a truly talented musician and SHeffield is delighted to have him join in at gigs whenever possible.
