He's A Millionaire? Some will ponder that question as they look upon this EP of the same name. Is he a millionaire? If he isn't, he's well on his way to becoming one. Gavin Gregory is not just a singer but also a song stylist and an actor. Raised as a child in Warren, Ohio and born into a man in Atlanta, Georgia, Gavin was accustomed to hearing great soul music as a child with his mother and father constantly supplying the household with it.
His desire is to emotionally connect to his audience as his forefathers of soul did before him. After doing a talent show in junior high school, he was completely sure that singing and acting was to be his vocation.
Gavin moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he dealt with aspiring producers but realized he should follow his dream of acting as well. There he got involved in musical theatre working in some of Atlanta's most prestige's houses. His vocal talents don't stop at singing as he has become one of Atlanta's top voice over talent for radio and television commercials regionally and nationally.
He is currently touring with the Broadway Musical "The Lion King" and enjoys performing across the country.
Gavin has opened his musical ears to listen to what the world says making his music trascend all ethnic lines by making what so many try so hard to do, SOUL MUSIC.
"$$$...On Ya Finger" is about his relationship with his fiance and understanding that his symbol of committment was necessary to keep the relationship moving in the right direction.
"He's A Millionaire" is a story about three different men aiming for the same destination, but each man's journey is filled with decisions and compromises that can either make one weak, or make one stronger. Can you look at who you are and like yourself after you've made it?
"Over & Over (Again)" is a love story about all that has to do with wanting to be with the one you love, even when they are away, and wanting to relive that moment over and over...
"Edge of the Bed" is about a man who has been pushed to the limits of a relationship and warning his lover that changes must be made if they are to stay together.
"BabySista" is song about domestic abuse. A loving brother warns his younger sister not to fall for a pretty face and abusive behavoir!
