I Teorema nascono nel 1992 da un âidea di Davide DâAlessio (chitarra) e dei fratelli Emanuele ed Alessandro Raspa (rispettivamente tastiere e batteria), si esibiscono in trio giovanissimi e non tardano a farsi conoscere a livello regionale. Ai tre si uniscono nel tempo bassisti e cantanti fino a raggiungere una formazione stabile che vede Martin Urbani alla voce ed Alessio Cappelletti al basso. Nel 1998 c âè la prima autoproduzione discografica sotto la direzione artistica di Francesco "d âoro" D âOronzo (ex chitarra di Marco Masini), il disco si intitola Ediversoemmeciquadro con dodici tracce di rock italiano. Il gruppo continua la sua produzione e nel 2001 termina il nuovo lavoro, il demo intitolato Istantanee realizzato anche nella versione in inglese Snapshot. Il materiale viene fatto girare per molte case discografiche, anche estere, ricevendo ottime critiche da parte di vari produttori tra i quali Mario Riso (Rock TV). I Teorema hanno partecipato a concorsi ed eventi importanti arrivando nel 2000 alle finali di Arezzo Wave e, nello stesso anno, a vincere il Rock Star Contest aprendo il Pistoia Blues Festival 2000. Nel 2002 vengono selezionati dallo staff del Roxy Bar condotto da Red Ronnie e si esibiscono all âI-Tim Tour 2002 a Civitavecchia dopodichè vincono la possibilità di partecipare al Festival Spaziogiovani 2002 organizzato dal comune di Foggia, superando una selezione tra 389 band italiane ed estere. Nel 2003 i Teorema registrano un EP omonimo promozionale con 5 brani che viene distribuito gratuitamente ai concerti e che riscuote lâinteresse di critici e esperti del settore tra i quali Antonio Piazza del RedHouse Recordings. Proprio con Red House il gruppo ha registrato le nove tracce contenute nellâalbum "Forme Naturali" uscito il 5 ottobre 2007 per Load-UP/Venus presentato a Perugia con la presenza delle telecamere di Match-Music che hanno registrato lâevento per il programma televisivo "Backstage Live". Dopo lâottimo risultato ottenuto giungendo alla finale del Rock TV Contest 2005, i Teorema sono apparsi in più trasmissioni su Rock TV come "Sala Prove" , "Database" e "On the Road" ed il video in versione promozionale di "Dea fragile" ed il clip di "Forme naturali", sono stati trasmessi dalla stessa rete allâinterno dei vari programmi; questâultimo, è tuttâora in rotazione su altre note TV come Match-Music, MusicBox, Cinquestelle con 22 canali nazionali ed esteri, ReteA ecc. Terminate il 4 gennaio 2008 le riprese del video ufficiale del brano "Dea Fragile" con la regia di Saverio Luzzo, che verrà trasmesso a partire da marzo. Recentemente la band è stata selezionata per esibirsi al Jack Danielâs live tour ed attualmente si esibisce in concerti propri o come spalla in alcune date di artisti più noti tra i quali negli anni, si possono menzionare Verdena, Tiromancino,Prozac+,Giuliano Palma & the Bluebeaters,Rezophonic ecc.

The band TEOREMA was born in 1992 from an idea of Davide DâAlessio (guitar) and the brothers Emanuele and Alessandro Raspa (keyboards and drums). They started playing at School Parties, performing their own songs and cover, too. The three are soon well known in Umbria as serious and professional players. Through the years different bass players and singers joined the group until it reached the actual line-up with Martin Urbani at the voice and Alessio Cappelletti on the bass. In 1998 they made their first self-produced CD with the help of the Artistical Director Francesco dâoro DâOronzo (Marco Masiniâs guitarist). The title of the record is EDIVERSOEMMECIQUADRO with twelve tracks of Italian rock. The band went on working and, in year 2001, released the second record called ISTANTANEE, made also in an English version called SNAPSHOT. This demo, sent to different record companies in Italy and Europe has been noticed by producers so as Mario Riso (rock TV). Teorema took part to important national contests getting to the finals of Arezzo Wave, and winning the Rock Star Contest, wich led them to open the Pistoia Blues Festival 2000. In 2002 they are selected by the staff of Roxy Bar conducted by Red Ronnie and played at the I-Tim Tour 2002 in Civitavecchia; after that, they had the possibility to take part to the festival held in Foggia called Spaziogiovani 2002, been selected between about 400 European bands. In 2003 they released their promo EP called TEOREMA containing 5 new tracks. This record, led the band to know Antonio Piazza and RedHouseRecordings, one of the most important recording studios which is known as the responsible of the best independent rock music productions in Italy. With RedHouse, in 2004 Teorema recorded an extract album containing 2 songs (Dea fragile and Hey me). FORME NATURALI released in February 2005, has received excellent musical reviews from webzines and experts. With Red House, the band signed a contract for the recording of the new songs that will make part of the full length album FORME NATURALI (release previewed for the spring 2007). After the optimal result obtained reaching the last date of Rock TV Contest 2005, Teorema are appeared in more transmissions on Rock TV like Sala prove, Database and On the Road and the promo video of Dea fragile and Forme naturali, have been transmitted from the same net inside of the programs. Recently, the band was selected by Jack Danielâs staff for the related live tour. Teorema still never stopping to play live at concerts on their own or as opening acts for well-known artists.
