Bob has been writing music for over 40 years. Some compositions spanned more than a decade before being completed. Bobâs interest is not in performing, but rather sharing soothing and relaxing music with others. He first started bringing his music to public attention in 1990 when it began to be played and offered for sale in small shops.
One incident illustrates the appeal of Bobâs music and the way it grabs the heart. While in the Capitola/Santa Cruz area in California, Bob had one cassette in his pocket and left it for a gift-shop owner to play in her store as an introduction to his music. It was put on to play, and before Bob got more than 50 feet away, he was asked to return to the store, where a lady on vacation from Brazil heard the music and asked if she could buy the tape to take home with her. As it worked out, she provided her address so one could be mailed to her.
The music has been used in daycare to relax and calm small children. One dentist asked for a number of copies of Bobâs albums to play in his office for the benefit of his patients, and also gave some as gifts. This music cuts across age and cultural boundaries, and no doubt you will like it, as well.
