don kellar started composing music in grade school. Spent much of high school in choral arranging and vocal groups as well as playing guitar and keyboards in the popular music genres of the time. Today, don makes native american flutes and many of the songs on this album feature his flutes. Several of the songs feature renaisance recorders and one has an anasazi flute.
Ever been where it is totally quiet? No sounds of modern society intrude, but there seems to be a rhythm and music to the vast wide open spaces before you. This is the Soul of the Desert. Enjoy the peaceful way this music speaks to you.
