Although my career has been in the medical field, I have been composing and writing songs on the piano for most of my life, tediously hand stenciling the music and playing it for family and friends. Then, along came the computer and music notation programs, which I originally wanted merely to replace the by-hand notation. But then I started experimenting with computer generated musical instruments.

I was totally fascinated by the boomwhackers, so started making arrangements centered around these wonderful tubes with their unique sound, and one thing led to another and suddenly friends were encouraging me to reach out to a broader audience, so this is my debut attempt. After agonizing over whether to start with instrumental or vocal, as much as I love instrumentals, I really think my lyrics have something to say. So I decided to release two discs of my songs, one to feature how remarkable computer generated instruments can sound, and one to feature the lyrics.
