Details:
Gerry Langley hails from Northern Ireland. During the 50's he worked for Hospital Stage Productions in Belfast, playing guitar and singing with his sister, Mary Langley. He also spent some time in Donegal playing for Leo Brennan's Slieve Foy Show Band, who later gave rise to Enya and Clannad. During the early 60's in Belfast he played with the then unknown Van Morrison. Arriving in England a few years later he caught the attention of several record producers and together with his sister, Mary, recorded eight records, many of which were self penned.
